Gateway is doubling the joy of giving when shoppers get their special gift wrapped at Gateway’s charity gift-wrapping station, outside Starbucks. In its 35th year of bringing hope to children with life-threatening illness, Reach for a Dream will be wrapping Valentine’s gifts with love and raising funds with every wrap. Shoppers will leave with beautifully-wrapped gifts, as Gateway will donate R25 to Reach for a Dream every time a gift is wrapped. The gift-wrapping service will be available from 11 – 14 February and the value of the items purchased at Gateway must be R350 or more to qualify for complimentary wrapping. Gateway has partnered with Reach for a Dream since the mall opened, providing a base for its operations and a platform to raise funds. Reach for a Dream have had an extraordinary relationship with Gateway over the past 21 years and rely on the funds raised at the gift-wrapping stations to keep inspiring hope in children with life-threatening illnesses and making their dreams come true. Every gift wrapped brings a child’s dream closer to reality and that’s what Reach for a Dream love doing.
